If you have a large amount of network latency between your servers you many need to edit your TCP/IP connection parameters.  This can help with job aborts and long replication runs due to restarting the connection because of timeouts.

To Edit TCP/IP Connection Parameters

Log into the Management Server at http://localhost:9100
Click on Server Overview Tab
Click on Radio button for the server
Click on Edit Server Button
Click on Advanced settings

Go to the 3rd section down labeled "TCP/IP Connection Parameters"

Edit  TCP/IP Connection Timeout (S) from 50 to 100
Edit  TCP/IP Response Timeout (S)   from 80 to 160

Save

Repeat Process for each server
