This is usually the result of an improper Domain Account or domain account with insufficient rights being used to run FRPRep on the servers.
The rights of the account running FRP are insufficient to assign this ACL to this object, change the account starting the FRPRep service or change the rights of the account running FRPRep on each machine to permit this action.
The account used to perform the replication must have the "Restore files and directories" user right to change the owner to anything other than itself or Administrators.
