There are two probable causes for this error.
1. The FRP Software was installed somewhere other than the default location. On some systems the environment will not support a non-default location. Uninstall FRP and reinstall in the default location.
2. This error is often seen when a NoVM version of FRP is installed on a windows machine that does not have a Java Virtual Machine installed on it. To fix this issue run the FRP uninstaller, download the version of FRP with VM for your OS and reinstall FRP.
