Due to the architecture of our design no two servers that share a job can have a connection to different management servers.

Example you have servers 1, 2, 3, 4.

Servers 1 and 2 were installed under Management server A

Servers 3 and 4 were installed under Management server B

Therefore due to our architecture servers

1 can't have a job with 3 or 4
2 can't have a job with 3 or 4
3 can't have a job with 1 or 2
4 can't have a job with 1 or 2

If this rule is violated all jobs (not data) on all machines may become corrupted and FRP will stop working.

Moving a Server from Management Server A to Management Server B

Using the example above as a guide......

Server 1 that begins with Management server A can be moved to Management server B with the following steps.

1.  Remove all jobs for server 1 from Management server A

2. Stop the service FRPRep on server 1 then  delete the  /FileReplicationPro/etc/configuration file on server 1.

3. Start the FRPRep service, wait a few minutes, then add it to Management server B from the add server dialogue on Management server B.

4. Create jobs for the newly moved server on Management server B.
