In some environments were it's critical that a system never go more than a short time if a service should be stopped by someone or if some sort of event stops FRP an admin can pick a time when the service is to be restarted and create a task in windows task scheduler to run a stop script, then  wait a few minutes and then run the start replication sequence.

We've attached two items to this article which you can import into your windows task scheduler. You will need to edit them as needed also the start and end times.

The stop script is run a few minutes should be allowed for the program to end gracefully,  then the restart script is run.

Stop Script - Stop FRP - Copy.xml

Restart Script - Restart FRP - Copy.xml

If you are on a non windows system, review the attached xml and you can create the same sort of process in Cron.
