When installing File Replication Pro on any machine one of the pre-requisites is to turn off your anti virus software including any internet protection such as that found in the Symantec Norton Anti - Virus Suite.  These Anti Virus and Internet Security programs can cause many problems during and after the installation.  Problems include,  slow management console windows,  tcp timeouts,  server not found,  job save failure,  unable to add server to console,  failure to reload the console window,  localhost fails to reload and a host of other issues.

In addition to Anti Virus and Internet security software issues,  the Windows Internet Explorer browser can cause many of these and other similar issues and in addition load only part of the console window.  For this reason most any other browser such as Mozilla Firefox,  Google Chrome,  Opera,  and Safari work better with File Replication Pro.

If you experience any of these issues try turning off the Anti Virus and Internet Security modules of your security software and change browsers.  If your problems are solved,  then you will need to invest some time adjusting your security software to permit the components of FRP to run and to permit it's internet / intranet traffic as needed.
