File path limitations under Windows

Problem:

I setup a job with a path that is quite long but is just a few characters short of the 260 character limitation. After running the job, my FRP replication service still runs but does not replicate the oversized file names.

Solution:

This problem relates to the pathname length restrictions on windows.

Noting that Windows maximum path is 260 characters, FRP will create temporary file names with additional characters on the destination end.  If the temporary file names exceed the windows limitation, replication for those particular files will fail.

Additional notes:
There are n extra characters to the temporary file prefix. The prefix code depends on the type of delivery with the longest prefix length being 11 characters. This means that the longest file path FRP can write is 260-11 or 249 characters).
The user can avoid reaching the limit by defining a shorter path to the Source or Target Folder.
