Additional notes:
If PC Anywhere is running in Windows on the server there is a known issue. Our software is installed using InstallAnywhere, a well known installer for software packageing. When PCAnywhere is running as a service in the background please do the following: install/upgrade to DirectX version 9.0B or a later version. This should resolve the issue. The PCAnywhere service can was conflict with the java plug-in on the local machine.
You can check to see what version of directX is running by going to a command prompt and typing "dxdiag" - the bottom of the screen will show the version you are running.
To upgrade to DirectX 9.0b go to the microsoft website and search for "DirectX"
