If the GUI Panel indicates a server in your list of servers is offline.  Or other symptoms also may include can't edit job,  can't add job,  can't edit advanced settings of server such as debug logging status, ACL replication etc. Existing jobs run but status shows server is offline.

1. Please be certain to check that ports 9100 and 9200 are open on between the machines running FRP.

2. Open a browser on the remote machine and attempt to open the management console window from the remote by inputting the ip address of the management console and port 9100 in the format:

192.168.2.1:9100  (substitute your actual ip address)

Report success or failure with this test.

3. Make sure that you are running only instance of the Management console and helper services on the same group of servers. One one machine should run the FRPMgmt and FRPhelp services.  All other machines should be running FRPRep service only.

4. Be certain that same version of FRP should be installed on all the servers in the system. Mismatched versions may cause the servers to appear offline in the Server Overview window and attempting to add a job may produce a job validation error.

5. If all steps above fail,  remove the server from the server list in the GUI. It will also delete the jobs associated with it and that can't be avoided. Then re-add the server to the list. If that works your issue is resolved and you can re-create your jobs.

6.  If still unresolved, Please send me a copy of the following files from the offline machine to analyze:

\FileReplicationPro\lgs\log_helper.txt

\FileReplicationPro\logs\log_management_server.txt

\FileReplicationPro\logs\log_replication_server.tx
